Three of our customer advisors have just gained their NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service. Ann Hemsley, Karen Binks and Rachel Sykes worked extremely hard for a year meeting the new strict and tough criteria that the new NVQ's demand. Their course work was directly related to our business and their qualification will be of great benefit to the business and its customers. The girls are shown here clutching their certificates.

We came back to More Bathrooms, part of the Passmore Group, due to the excellent job they did on our en-suite a few years back.
The process was smooth and clear; home visit, showroom visit, surveyor visit and then the guys turned up to do the work. All was done at a time that suited us (they were ready to start the work a couple of days earlier but we couldn’t get time in our diaries).
Work was carried out on schedule, even working weekends to stay ahead. When problems did occur the fitter dealt with them calmly and professionally - setting out our options without leaning one way or the other. The work was completed on time, although we did have a problem with bath taps, I suspect this was caused by a supplier but was eventually solved to our satisfaction.
The end result looks brilliant, and have had many positive comments from visitors. One special shout needs to go to Sam, he has now done both our jobs and is brilliant. A less patient individual might have reacted differently to being pestered by their customers!

It is a testamentary to you both for the high quality and attentive customer service that you have provided - to be so keen to resolve an issue inherited from a company that you brought and an installation issue 4 years old was frankly a surprise!
Your company is clearly unique in working with a third party to resolve the problems we were experience which it appears were after all not related to the original installation. You had one intent of owning the problem and resolving the issue.
What now appears to be the best solution for us of having a new system at no cost – is a great result!
As I work at the Citizens Advice I spend my days dealing with companies who put their commercial consideration first at the expense of helping their customers. They have hollow customer service promises, which easier are broken when challenged particularly if there is a suggestion of any additional cost to their business. So to have this first class service is a refreshing change and restores my faith that some companies act with integrity and really care about their customers
