Front line staff excels in customer service

Three of our customer advisors have just gained their NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service. Ann Hemsley, Karen Binks and Rachel Sykes worked extremely hard for a year meeting the new strict and tough criteria that the new NVQ's demand. Their course work was directly related to our business and their qualification will be of great benefit to the business and its customers. The girls are shown here clutching their certificates.
