Mr & Mrs Ayres, Todmorden, West Yorkshire - 3 outstanding wash room renovations

4 February 2016

“Exceptional Service.

We chose More Bathrooms because we wanted to work with a single organisation not a designer, a supplier and an installer. From initial consultation and design through to execution, delivery and finish the service we received was impeccable.

The entire team gave 100% taking great care to consider our wishes, making changes throughout the process to meet our desires. At all times our home was kept exceptionally neat, clean and tidy. If we ever move and need to replace our bathrooms we will, without a doubt, be using More Bathrooms again.”

3 outstanding wash room renovations

Across all 3 renovation projects with works to the bathroom, en-suite and downstairs WC / cloakroom Mr & Mrs Ayres had one aim and one aim only – to modernise and accentuate the look and feel of all rooms, bringing them sprinting into the 21st century.

Typically when a customer decides to invest a nominal fee into refurbishing their home there is an underlying reason / problem. In regards to the projects at Mr & Mrs Ayres it was simply a case of modernising all suites and to cut to the chase do all 3 at the same time. There was nothing wrong with any of the existing suites, you could argue they were becoming slightly dated however all it great working order.

Paul Tarbard, More Bathrooms design (guru) and surveyor spoke at lengths with Mr & Mrs Ayres to fully grasp exactly what they wanted to achieve in all 3 rooms. It became clear that there was a common reoccurring theme, make best use of the available space, enhance the lighting both in terms of brightness and warmth and make the renovations consistent within each room.

In order to achieve their desires and make the couples dream bathrooms a reality Paul proposed linking all wash rooms together using a consistent look and feel in tile choice and finishing touches; chrome fittings (taps, mixers & radiators), glass screens (wet floor shower flipper screen and over bath shower mixer screen). Finally Paul also incorporated the same affluent LED lighting in all rooms, creating light & warmth but also used a selection of large illuminated mirrors to further enhance the reflection of light and space.

In summary the finished works to Mr & Mrs Ayres bathrooms were outstanding to say the least. From conceptual design through to installation completion the level of detail, professionalism and willingness to deliver a fantastic project resulted in a large 3 room transformation that the customers loved and everyone involved were proud to call it their own.

We’re going a little off the beaten track with this week’s case study but believe a picture say’s a thousand words so without further adjure below are before, CAD and finished project pictures of all 3 rooms. We’re extremely proud of the work undertaken at Mr & Mrs Ayres and the manner in which it was conducted only further enhanced by the couples appreciation and gratitude.
