Our experience with More Bathrooms was very good.

The fitter was polite, cheery, and efficient. He kept the 'upset' to a minimum. He explained, clearly, what he was doing (if we asked, which we kept to a minimum). His completed work was first class, and we have had no problems with it since he departed.

Your company is clearly unique in working with a third party to resolve the problems we were experience which it appears were after all not related to the original installation. You had one intent of owning the problem and resolving the issue.

As I work at the Citizens Advice I spend my days dealing with companies who put their commercial consideration first at the expense of helping their customers. They have hollow customer service promises, which easier are broken when challenged particularly if there is a suggestion of any additional cost to their business.
