Paul Tarbard, More Bathrooms Surveyor & Designer worked with the couple to address the two arising issues with the existing suite – size and design. Although the room couldn’t be made any bigger psychically, Paul suggested a bath to shower room conversion coupled with a series of design trickery solutions in order to make the room look and feel bigger.
Paul also relocated all the 3 key fixtures which did provide the couple with more manoeuvrable space making the entire room additionally functional. Fixture choice, floor & wall coverings and finishing touches, which were discussed at length with a series of options being presented, gave the new suite the up lift it needed to revolutionize and rejuvenate this key room in the modern home.
A fantastic bath to shower room conversion with relocation of key fixtures provided the couple with the space and essential amenities they needed to revolutionize their bathing experience. What was once an outdated and cold feeling space was transformed into a warm, bright and welcoming suite with the incorporation of a large corner curved shower enclosure, wall hung vanity basin unit and back-to-wall closed couple WC. The entire room was covered in a light grey ditto effect tile which was installed to all walls and floor space which further complimented the chrome finishing’s.
“To all at More Bathrooms & Passmores, we would like to say how happy we are with the work carried out at our house – from start to finish. It started with the help designing the alterations with Paul, the installation of the shower room by Sam, kitchen by Andy, gas & plumbing by Glen and everyone else involved with the plastering, building, electrical and office admin.
The entire project was managed by Paul, who along with Dave, sorted out any unforeseen issues that arose while the job was in progress. The work was finished by the excellent decorating team and we can now say we are the very proud owners of a stunning ‘new’ home. Grateful thanks to all involved.”
