The care and attention we received from your firm has been exceptional. You have gone far beyond what would be seen as normal expectation. From our first visit to the Harrogate showroom, through the design stage and on to the fitting we received great care, courtesy and kindness. Every person we had dealings with has been equally helpful and understanding of our needs and desires.

A special thank you to Garry who made sure we were completely happy with our order by driving us to the Leeds showroom and home again so that we could see what we wanted in situ. I have just had my second bathroom refurb with More Bathrooms, and I am delighted with the result.

The fitter, Carl, was fantastic. As with the first bathroom, one or two things went wrong owing to the nature of this property, but Carl always kept calm and resolved the problems. He is a perfectionist who works to a high standard, and is also a very nice person to have about the place.

My new bathroom looks like a first-class hotel and is well worth the amount spent.
