Dear Mr Passmore,

May I firstly express our appreciation for the excellent service that we have received throughout this project. The expertise and workmanship in carrying this work has been of a high standard and is apparent from the quality of the finished installation. I acknowledge that this was achieved although this property posed problems being in parts some 110 years old.

With regard to the personnel involved in the installations, and in particular, Andy, skill and commitment have been very evident. At all times care and consideration were paramount whilst working in an occupied household.

The tradesman who did the work on our new bathroom was excellent - Clean tidy and the workmanship was second to none. Would use them again and definitely recommend them.
