We are writing to let you know how pleased we are with our new bathroom. It has turned out exactly as we wanted.

The care and attention we received from your firm has been exceptional. You have gone far beyond what would be seen as normal expectation. From our first visit to the Harrogate showroom, through the design stage and on to the fitting we received great care, courtesy and kindness. Every person we had dealings with has been equally helpful and understanding of our needs and desires.

What you have achieved for us is worth all the money and we have been pleased to show off our new bathroom to others. This bathroom will set us up as we grow older.

A special thank you to Garry who made sure we were completely happy with our order by driving us to the Leeds showroom and home again so that we could see what we wanted in situ. Also thanks must go to our fitter, Andy, faced with a third floor flat along with all the constraints of space – he did brilliantly!

Firstly to Andy Keir for his help and advice in choosing the layout and his recommendations of products, Andy was very pleasant and courteous throughout the whole process.

Secondly our fitter, Richard Bashforth. Richard was a very friendly and professional work. He consulted with us on every aspect of the build to make sure we were happy with his work and did a brilliant job.

Thank you also to all at the office who were always helpful and friendly. We are very happy with the new bathroom and the whole process from start to finish.
