En-Suite Case Study | Leeds | West Yorkshire

Problem:

Mr & Mrs Bennett were wanting to create a luxury en-suite shower room off a spare bedroom which would then become their master. What was probably an existing dressing room, the empty large space had been completely stripped back to floor boards and brick work in anticipation of the pending renovation. With no services to the room the design and layout were left open for complete interpretation for the selected contractors to create Mr & Mrs Bennett’s en-suite vision.

Solution:

Having conducted a plethora of research prior to contacting any particular companies both Mr & Mrs Bennett knew exactly what they wanted the en-suite to achieve. Shortlisting a handful of full service design and installation providers, More Bathrooms Surveyor & Designer Garry, was the chosen surveyor who would be tasked with the job of designing an extravagant en-suite shower room.

Given a completely blank canvas the only requirements from the customers was that the suite must include a twin basin and large walk-in shower, preferably with the added luxury of a seat.

Outcome:

Opting for a low maintenance design that was heavily underpinned by high quality goods Garry transformed the blank canvas of an existing dressing room into an excessively extravagant en-suite shower room.Incorporating all the key requirements the finished suite featured a large walk-shower with corian bench, a twin wall-hung anthracite grey basin unit and a wall hung WC.

With a purpose built stud wall, which ran the full length and formed straight lines for the bespoke bench, all services and pipework were concealed offering a modern and low maintenance design. Fully tiled the contrasting slate and soft grey matt textured floor and wall colouring's offered a detailed decoration which was finished exquisitely with Mr & Mrs Bennett’s handpicked chandelier for alluring illumination.
