Mr & Mrs Weeks first discovered More Bathrooms online and made their enquiry over the phone. Initially unsure of what was possible, they approached us with a multi-room project covering both their main family bathroom and an attic guest en-suite.
Their key objectives were to maximise functionality in two very different spaces, introduce more light and balance, and achieve a cohesive design scheme across both rooms.
With a design appointment scheduled with Senior Designer Angela, they entrusted her to provide inspiration, ideas, and full guidance from start to finish.
The existing family bathroom centred around an oversized bath, awkwardly raised on steps and surrounded by dark wooden boxing. This made the room feel enclosed and dated, lacking both practicality and style.
The Weeks’ aspiration was to introduce a separate shower while still retaining a bath, and above all, to create a bright, airy atmosphere. With no clear vision themselves, they were happy to rely entirely on Angela’s advice.
The transformation involved:
> Layout Reconfiguration: A bath, separate walk-in shower, vanity basin unit, and back-to-wall WC were seamlessly incorporated, balancing practicality and style.
> Design Palette: Large-format Carrara marble tiles paired with metro grey mist fitted furniture created a clean, modern, and airy feel.
> Functionality & Space: The new arrangement maximised floor space and light, making the room feel significantly larger while delivering a sleek, fresh and modern aesthetic.
The result was a contemporary bathroom that not only met but exceeded the couple’s expectations, offering them a sanctuary that combined everyday usability with elegant design.

The en-suite, situated within the attic space, presented a far greater challenge. Positioned before the guest bedroom, the room was open plan and stepped down awkwardly into the adjoining bedroom. The original shower had been placed in the lower section for headroom, which created a disjointed and impractical feel.
Angela proposed a complete reconfiguration to establish purpose and flow:
> Enclosure & Privacy: By building walls at both ends, the en-suite was transformed into a fully enclosed room rather than an extension of the bedroom.
> Shower Upgrade: The shower was redesigned as a generous walk-in enclosure, improving comfort and accessibility.
> Synergy with Family Bathroom: The same Carrara marble tiling, grey mist furniture, and complementary flooring were used, ensuring consistency across both spaces.

The project was expertly managed by Installations Surveyor Joe, ensuring a smooth process and meticulous coordination of trades. Multi-Skilled Fitter Martin brought Angela’s designs to life with care, precision, and an exceptional standard of finish.

Following the successful completion of both rooms, Mr & Mrs Weeks kindly shared their feedback on Trustpilot, praising the process and the results:
"Passmore has renewed our en-suite and bathroom, and we are delighted with the result. From our first contact to completion, they were helpful and very not at all 'pushy'. Our fitter, Martin, worked so hard and the standard of his workmanship is very high."

This multi-room renovation demonstrates how thoughtful design, and expert workmanship can unlock the true potential of any space, however challenging.
From a dark and dated family bathroom to an awkward, open-plan attic en-suite, both rooms have been transformed into bright, functional, and contemporary spaces that flow seamlessly together.
By applying a consistent design palette and layout improvements tailored to the Weeks’ needs, More Bathrooms delivered a full design and fit home upgrade that is both beautiful and practical — and one the clients are truly delighted with.
