May I firstly express our appreciation for the excellent service that we have received throughout this project. The expertise and workmanship in carrying this work has been of a high standard and is apparent from the quality of the finished installation. I acknowledge that this was achieved although this property posed problems being in parts some 110 years old.

With regard to the personnel involved in the installations, and in particular, Andy, skill and commitment have been very evident. At all times care and consideration were paramount whilst working in an occupied household.

As I work at the Citizens Advice I spend my days dealing with companies who put their commercial consideration first at the expense of helping their customers. They have hollow customer service promises, which easier are broken when challenged particularly if there is a suggestion of any additional cost to their business. So to have this first class service is a refreshing change and restores my faith that some companies act with integrity and really care about their customers
