Modern Bathroom And En-Suite Case Study | Leeds | West Yorkshire
Published: 28 September 2018
Problem:
Mr & Mrs Jones had a very large bathroom and en-suite. The existing 3-piece turquoise bathroom suite consisted of a matching bath, pedestal basin and WC, which was enclosed behind a half height wall.
The whisper blue master en-suite was the real statement area in the home. Featuring a bath, separate shower enclosure, WC and semi-recessed double vanity basin unit.
Approximately 40 years old, both suites were in need of a modern redesign with care given to achieving a future proofed concept.
Solution:
Wanting an aspirational design which created synergy between both rooms Mr & Mrs Jones were eager to listen and learn of the design possibilities from an experienced surveyor.
Meeting the couple on site to discuss the renovation requirements in detail, More Bathrooms surveyor and designer, Simon, offered a knowledgeable interior perspective which would create a clean and open plan concept which focused on delivering clean lines.
Outcome:
With no major layout changes the modern and minimalistic renovation focused on consistency and simplicity. Incorporating fixtures and fittings from the same range of products the fully tiled earth bone suites offered a clean, warm and textured feel to what could have be a cold space.
Featuring large mirror displays to reflect and bounce light around the rooms the open plan space integrated modern level access showering alternatives to offer a future proofed design with ease. With a number of bespoke and custom made finishing touches the simple luxury design was achieved as a result of a thorough and in depth design process, brought to life thanks to a first class installation.
