Problem:

Mr Sayer had a long, thin and narrow family bathroom that consisted of a bath, separate shower enclosure, WC and wall hung basin. Fully tiled in a warm beige the modern 4 piece suite was in fantastic condition however no longer to Mr Sayers’s personal tastes. Wanting to completely transform the look and feel of the existing space, and having used us previously when renovating his en-suite, Mr Sayer knew he was in good hands with regards to making his dream bathroom a reality.

Solution:

An existing customer from a year or two prior, Mr Sayer was already aware of how we worked with regards to our full design and installation offering, what our expertise, workmanship and quality was like and had first-hand experience of our commitment to delivering a fantastic customer service.

With all that said a home survey, design and quote appointment was booked whereby More Bathrooms Surveyor and Designer, Andy, visited Mr Sayers property to discuss his renovation requirements in more detail. Having simply fallen out of love with the existing space, and wanting to completely transform the modern look and feel to something more traditional, Mr Sayer had clearly taken the time to consider his options and was forthcoming with what he wanted the works to achieve from a design and fixture point of view.

Outcome:

Working to a traditional brief the existing modern bathroom was transformed into a timeless classic that oozed sophistication and elegance. Retaining the existing basin the rest of the room featured new fixtures and fittings including a claw foot free standing bath, large walk-in shower and a mid-rise WC.

Fully tiled in the wet area, and half tiled on the remaining walls, the metro white with navy boarder complimented the duck egg decoration exquisitely. Bringing the entire room together was Mr Sayers Moroccan styled floor tiling choice, which featuring a variety of blues, added entirely new depth to the existing space.

what Mr Sayer said about more bathrooms:

“We came back to More Bathrooms, part of the Passmore Group, due to the excellent job they did on our en-suite a few years back.

The process was smooth and clear; home visit, showroom visit, surveyor visit and then the guys turned up to do the work. All was done at a time that suited us. Work was carried out on schedule, even working weekends to stay ahead. When problems did occur the fitter dealt with them calmly and professionally - setting out our options without leaning one way or the other.

The end result looks brilliant, and have had many positive comments from visitors. One special shout needs to go to Sam, he has now done both our jobs and is brilliant. A less patient individual might have reacted differently to being pestered by their customers!”
