Modern Bathroom Case Study | Bradford | West Yorkshire

Published: 26 August 2021

Mr & Mrs Evans dated 4-piece bathroom consisted of a bath with built-in shower, basin and WC.

With no changes made in over 15 years they hoped to give their bathroom a modern design update whilst making better use of the space available within their awkward shaped bathroom.

Design Solution:

Upon visiting our Harrogate Bathroom Showroom to view and gather information on modern bathrooms, Mr & Mrs Evans spoke to Showroom Assistant Leanne who discussed with them bathroom design concepts and the range of bathing options available.

Happy with the information provided, Mr & Mrs Evans booked a free design appointment to be visited in their home by a More Bathrooms Senior Designer to view their bathroom, provide further design advice specific to their bathroom measurements and create a provisional quote.

Mr & Mrs Evans were visited by Senior Designer Simon who further discussed with them design concepts and layout options for their awkward shaped bathroom and provided a provisional quote dependant to their final fixtures and fitting choices.

Happy to go ahead, Simon created a modern bathroom design and invited Mr & Mrs Evans back to our Harrogate bathroom showroom to present them with a detailed CAD design allowing them to envision their transformed modern bathroom.

Simon also assisted Mr & Mrs Evans with choosing their final fixtures and fittings.

Modern Bathroom Installation:

A modern enclosed bath with built in shower and glass screen, back to wall WC and semi-recessed basin was installed by More Bathrooms Multi-skilled fitter Darren.

Making better use of the available space, the basin and WC was fit within a run of fitted bathroom storage furniture with a contemporary gloss finish, this also included a tower cabinet which made the most of unused wall space.

Modern Bathroom finishing touches included the installation of ceramic bathroom tiles with a luxurious silver finish and oak wood effect vinyl flooring. A large mirror with LED lighting was also fit creating the illusion of a more spacious bathroom.

The layout within the bathroom was also changed to make more space for Mr & Mrs Evans sanitary ware choices.

Outcome:

A dated bathroom was transformed into a modern bathroom with contemporary fixtures and fittings and additional storage.

What Mr & Mrs Evans said about More Bathrooms:

We have finally got there, a finished bathroom.

We want to thank you for seeing through a project extended by covid and illness.

Please make it known that we were highly impressed with Darren, it was his skill that made what was planned become reality.

Thanks again and we are looking forward to enjoying our new bathroom.
