Bespoke Wet Room Case Study | Shipley | West Yorkshire

Published: 16 March 2022

Before:

Mr & Mrs Nailer’s large but dated 3-piece shower room consisted of an enclosed shower, basin and WC.

Wanting to give it a design update whilst making better use of the available space they hoped to install a wet room.

Design Solution:

Following a recommendation from a friend and previous More Bathrooms customer Mr & Mrs Nailer visited our Harrogate Bathroom showroom to view our range of bespoke bathroom displays.

Happy with what they saw Mr & Mrs Nailer booked a free design appointment for a More Bathrooms Designer to visit their home, survey their shower room and provide a preliminary design and provisional quote subject to their final fixture and fitting choices.

Visited by Senior Designer Simon, he discussed in depth with Mr & Mrs Nailer their bathroom wants and needs and the range of shower room options available.

Simon then measured the space available within their shower room and used his extensive bathroom knowledge and expertise to create a bespoke wet room design making use of the large suite.

With Mr & Mrs Nailer happy to go ahead, Simon invited them back to our Harrogate Bathroom showroom to present a detailed CAD design allowing them to visualise their new spacious wet room. Simon also assisted Mr & Mrs Nailer with choosing their wet room fixtures and fittings.

Modern Wet Room Installation:

A spacious wet room with glass shower screen to prevent water splashing around the room and bespoke Corian bench was installed by multi-skilled fitter Darren.

Contemporary bathroom finishing touches included stunning large ceramic grey wall and floor bathroom tilesand a heated towel rail.

Modern bathroom sanitary ware included the installation of a closed coupled toilet and large basin on a wall hung vanity unit.

Bespoke storage also included the installation of a fitted cabinet and alcove within the shower area.

Outcome:

A dated shower room was transformed into a spacious wet room with contemporary fixtures and fittings.
