Family Bathroom Case Study | Harrogate | More Bathrooms

Published: 28 April 2022

Problem

Mr & Mrs Ball’s dated 3- piece bathroom consisted of a bath, basin and toilet.

Wanting to give their bathroom a modern design update they hoped to install a new bath that could be used by the whole family. They also wished to install low maintenance wall coverings.

Design Solution

Having already heard of More Bathrooms they visited our Harrogate bathroom showroom to gather ideas on bathroom designs.

Greeted by More Bathrooms Showroom Assistant Leanne, she helped them gather early ideas and information on bathroom concepts.

Happy and eager to carry on with the process, Mr & Mrs Ball proceeded to book a free design appointment. For a More Bathrooms designated designer to visit their home.

Mr & Mrs Ball were visited by Senior Designer Andy, who further discussed with them their ideas for their new bathroom. He then offered his expert advice to guide them on how they could utilise their bathroom space and discussed design ideas.

Happy to ahead, Andy provided Mr & Mrs Ball with a provisional quote dependant on their final design and fitting choices.

Andy then invited them back to our Harrogate Bathroom showroom to present them with a CAD design.

The CAD design showed Mr & Mrs Ball what their new bathroom would look like in detail, giving them the option to make any changes. Andy also guided Mr & Mrs Ball around the showroom to assist them with picking their final fixture and fitting choices.

Family Bathroom Installation

A modern rectangular bath with a square glass screen, a cool touch shower with a contemporary square head was installed by More Bathrooms Multi Skilled Fitter Damian.

Wanting an easy to clean wall covering option, Mr & Mrs Ball changed their tiling to child friendly grey wallboards with a stunning silver metallic finish.

Modern bathroom finishing touches included matching light grey oak effect laminate flooring, a wall hung towel radiator and a closed coupled toilet.

Bathroom storage furniture included the installation of a contemporary brown oak effect wall hung vanity unit that tied in with the bathroom flooring

Outcome

A dated bathroom was transformed into a beautiful family bathroom with modern features and finishes.

What Mr & Mrs Ball said about More Bathrooms:

Great end-to-end experience from concept to completion. Friendly staff, diligent fitters and prompt service.

I have no hesitation in recommending Passmore Group to others.
